Guosheng Yang Chen is a distinguished educator and community leader with more than five decades of experience across education, government, business and community sectors. Invited by the Victorian Ministry of Education in 1984 to join the Victorian education system, she has since made significant contributions to tertiary education, international education
initiatives and cross-cultural academic exchange.
Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to advancing multicultural and multilingual education, promoting inclusive learning environments and strengthening community engagement. Her leadership has supported the development of women professionals and emerging leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
