FOUNDER'S MESSAGE

Morning Li
Founder of HerWell Australian
Distinguished guests, friends, and dear sisters,
Good evening.
My name is Morning Li, founder of HerWell Australian. Many of our members kindly call me “Sister Yuexin.” To me, this name
represents not only warmth, but also trust and responsibility.
Over the past three years, HerWell Australian has grown from a small women’s community initiative into the organisation we
see today. We may not have started with the strongest resources, but we have always remained committed to three values:
dedication, excellence, and altruism.
While preparing the Her Glory Outstanding Chinese-Australian Women Awards, we experienced moments of resource
constraints, time pressure and many challenges. Yet we never doubted that this event is meaningful and worth pursuing.
Because this is more than an awards ceremony.
It recognises the value and impact of Chinese-Australian women, celebrates confidence and leadership, and represents a
collective commitment to responsibility and contribution.
In Australia, a nation proud of its multicultural identity, Chinese-Australian women contribute across business, education,
healthcare, culture and community leadership.
Through the Her Glory Awards, we hope to create a platform where their achievements and leadership can be seen and
celebrated more widely.
March 18 is not just a date.
It marks a meaningful moment for Chinese-Australian women within Australia’s multicultural landscape — and the beginning of
an even greater journey ahead.
Thank you.
